The big attraction is there is no swearing like you would get in a Worldly care home which is not gauranteed due to illness but the the biggest perk of all is you get taken to the meetings or the meeting is piped into your room now that's not all there's more the memorial is brought to you so it's well attended problem is hardly anyone can remember what its for and can't understand why they are not getting any supper.

Yes I especially remember when I first started going from door to door with Bible in hand during several years of the last century which would be 2 or 3 generations ago I kept telling people that when you see all these signs foretold be on the look out for Jah Jireh Homes because the futures bright the futures that away!
The guy a JW who started J J Homes originally ran a guest house in a local UK seaside resort but diversified maybe he saw a gap in the charity market. I think JJ Homes might be franchised now or expanding on similar lines.

When I asked the obvious questions regarding the about face of the 'we believe no we don't truth' I was told the Devil puts these questions into our head because it's what the Devil loves to do in order to try and make us not believe anymore in the truth.
All of which goes to prove the Governing Body like to screw up minds like they screw up their doctrine.
In a court of law giving evidence calls for giving the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth that means no ifs no buts.

every "new" book reads just exactly like the old ones.

Spot on again Terry I remember vividly, even though it was a long time ago, the day I realised the books that they were churning out were just so repetative .It clicked in my mind when I got chance to read some of the older books from years gone by it suddenly struck me that I know how it begins and I know how it ends the message in them is the same from Adam and Eve to Armageddon every time. it's as though each book is like an old rickety railway coach slowly moving on the rails just rolling up and down through the land of boredom never reaching the station.
Another way of understanding the Watchtower cult is to compare it with a routine from the music hall days before television when a second rate juggling act could make a living for years doing the same thing night after night.
